In the idyllic setting of Karinganad, Palakkad, we proudly present a project tailored for Mr. Nazeem, embodying the essence of traditional Kerala architecture and eco-friendly living. Valued between INR 40-45 Lac, this 4-bedroom villa seamlessly blends heritage and sustainability. Externally, the exposed laterite stone facade imparts a rustic charm, while the interior boasts a thoughtful combination of mud plaster and normal plaster. The centerpiece of this traditional dwelling is a Kerala-style courtyard adorned with intricate terracotta jali works, creating a harmonious, open, and interactive space. Embracing eco-conscious construction, recycled wood is artfully utilized for windows and doors, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of the building. Mr. Nazeem’s home stands as a testament to timeless design, environmental responsibility, and the rich cultural heritage of Kerala.
