In the charming locale of Kodungalloor, Thrissur, we present a transformational project for Mr. Salahuddin, valued between INR 60-70 Lac. Originally slated for renovation, a meticulous assessment of structural stability led to a decision to reimagine the entire villa while preserving the existing foundation. Emphasizing on maximizing sunlight, air, and ventilation, the redesign seamlessly integrates these elements into the 2900 sq ft space. The challenge lay in utilizing the current foundation layout, ensuring a cost-effective transition to a new design. This project stands as a testament to innovative solutions, crafting a fresh, invigorating design that breathes new life into the dwelling without compromising structural integrity.
