AYKON CITY – TOWERS B & C SHAIKH ZAYED ROAD, DUBAI, UAE 

The project is divided into two plots with 4 towers (A, B, C &D) sharing 10 common podiums and 2 basements. This project is located along Sheikh Zayed Road. Plot 1 covers an area of 10,105 sq. m, with a permitted GFA of 1,600,000 sq. ft. consisting of Tower A, service apartments with hotel; and Tower B purely set up with serviced apartments numbering approximately 1,000 keys. Plot 2 is located at the rear of the site and consists of two towers; Tower C composed primarily of traditional residential apartments and Tower D, a commercial tower made up of offices and mixed use amenities. Plot 2 covers a Podium with an area of 118,200 sq.m., Tower C with an area of 91,010 sq. m. and Tower D with an area of 100,700 sq. m.

Tower B has 61 floors distributed as follows: 2 basement levels, Ground, 10 podium levels, amenity level, 41 Service Apartment floors, 10 hotel floors and roof.

Tower C has 3 Basement Levels, Ground, 10 podium levels, amenity level, 37 Residential Apartment Floors, 10 Hotel Floors for a 4 Star Operator and roof.
