THE ADDRESS FASHION AVENUE BURJ KHALIFA-ANNEX DUBAI, UAE 

The project was to convert an existing building located adjacent to the iconic Burj Khalifa into a Fashion Address Hotel and Apartment building.

When complete, the 12-storey office building will be transformed into a luxury Address property, with 127 hotel rooms and suites occupying six floors, and 33-36 residential 1, 2 & 3-bedroom units occupying the top three floors. Along with this, it will be equipped with meeting rooms, convention and event facilities, and a fully-featured spa & fitness center.

The hotel will also feature a rooftop swimming pool with a bar overlooking the Burj Khalifa and its fountain, along with a pedestrian bridge linking it to Dubai Mall.
