MARYAH PLAZA MARYAH ISLAND, ABU DHABI, UAE 

Phase 1 of Maryah Plaza consists of a residential tower of about 30 floors. The tower was originally designed by Richard Rogers and Burro Happold, but had to redesign it to change from steel to RC structure and to increase number of units and de-spec the high finishes in order to be competitive in the market. Three other towers remain as part of the overall development.
